Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process your order after payment confirmation. Each order is hand-picked by one of our amazing warehouse team members and goes through a quality control inspection. All items are packaged and then placed in shipping packages preparing for the journey to your home.
Once your order is processed and shipped, a secondary shipping confirmation email with tracking number is sent to your email box. If you are unable to receive this email, please check your spam folder first.
In general, check your inbox for any tracking emails once your order has been placed, to ensure that your request is processed.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the rates of our logistics providers. AstroMYO takes care of all shipping costs.
International orders may take 10-15 business days with our standard shipping option due to import procedures (customs etc...)
CUSTOMS, TAXES AND DUTIES:
Any customs taxes, duties or import fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay. We do not charge any additional fees or charges for the final delivery of the package to your destination or country. Please note that these fees vary depending on national laws and policies and we cannot estimate the amounts. If a package is returned due to the refusal of customs fees and taxes paid, a refund of shipping charges will not be applicable.
We have partnered with all of our carriers and aim to deliver packages in a timely manner. Please note that we will not be held responsible for package delays that may occur due to weather conditions, incorrect address information or carrier related issues that are beyond our control. We will do our best to resolve every issue for all our customers regarding reshipments, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
In the event that a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking, we will reship the order. Packages that show a confirmed delivery by the carrier will be investigated and will not be eligible for a refund until resolved. In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of his Order on the Website to exercise his right of retraction from Astromyo, without having to give any reason or pay any penalty.
AstroMYO chooses to extend this period for a period of 60 days provided that the returned Order meets the criteria below.
To exercise his right of withdrawal from the Order, the Customer must imperatively notify his decision of withdrawal by means of an e-mail, without justifying reasons. For greater efficiency, we ask you to send us an e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Retraction" and including your order number.
The order must be returned by the Customer: packed, undamaged and above all ready for re-sale. The Customer must return the product(s) in the same condition in which he/she received it (them), and with all the packaging elements, accessories and instructions (even if the product(s) has (have) been unpacked), as soon as possible and at the latest within 60 days from the reception by the Customer of his/her order to the following address

In case of retraction of the Customer, the refund of the Product(s) that was (were) the object of the right of withdrawal is carried out by AstroMYO by the same means of payment as the one used for the initial transaction. In any case, this refund will not cause any costs for the Customer. The refund will be made as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days from the day AstroMYO is informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the Order.
